Which cities and countries can I track?

The cities and countries you sell in, each tracked separately: Dubai and Sharjah, Riyadh and Jeddah, Doha, Kuwait City, Manama, Muscat, Amman, Beirut, Cairo and others. Results are shown per location on a map, with a note on how each AI platform received the location.

Does Pharos recognise the region's sources?

Yes. Gulf and Levant publishers, directories, delivery apps and listing portals (Talabat, Bayut, Property Finder, Time Out Dubai, Gulf News and more) are classified, so you see which local sites AI answers cite when they talk about your business.

Which countries does the free audit cover?

The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt, in English or Arabic. Anywhere else, start with the 14-day free trial instead.

Do reports follow a Sunday–Thursday working week?

Yes, if yours does. Reports follow your local time zone and working week, whether it runs Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.

What currency are prices in? Is VAT included?

US dollars, on the same plans as every other market. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes.

Where is my data hosted?

In the United States. Pharos's primary database is hosted in the US (AWS us-east-1, N. Virginia); there is no regional hosting in the Middle East. Our privacy policy lists the services that process your data and where they are.

Can I track questions in English, Arabic or both?

Your choice. Track the questions your customers ask in English, in Arabic (in Gulf, Levantine or Egyptian wording), or both side by side, and compare how your business shows up in each language. Arabic spellings of your name and attached prefixes are recognised, so mentions are matched more accurately, and the whole product is available in Arabic.
