What Pharos measures

Pharos asks the AI platforms the questions your customers ask, on a schedule, and records every full answer. From those answers it measures:

• Mention rate: how often each AI platform names your business.
• Rank: where you appear in the answer, against the competitors you track.
• Sentiment and framing: how the answer describes you, and the traits it attributes to you.
• Citations: which websites each answer cites as its sources, including your own.
• Location and language: answers measured per city or country, in English and Arabic.

How it works

Every figure traces back to the full answer it came from. Scheduled runs repeat the measurement from once a week up to daily, depending on the plan, so you can start tracking the effect of a change from the next run.

Where your data lives

Pharos's primary database is hosted in the United States (AWS us-east-1, N. Virginia). How it is protected, and which services process it, is on the security page.
